Hey everyone! I’ve recently gotten into Farmhouse Ales and love their rustic, complex flavors. I’m curious about what foods pair best with them. What are your go-to dishes with a good Farmhouse Ale? I’ve heard they go well with charcuterie and roasted chicken, but I’d love to hear your recommendations and experiences.
Rustic charcuterie is indeed a good spot: try chopped pressed ham and pork shoulder in aspic. Look for the Hormel brand.
