Reminder how to correctly add Social Media details to Breweries and Places

So, had a couple of minutes and MS Paint at hand, to show what should only be added to Facebook, Twitter and Instagram fields of breweries and pages.

In short, no initial or end slashes, no @ and no full links. With those, the buttons won’t work properly.

Thank you for your consideration. This message was sponsored by the Help Your Local Admin Retain His Sanity By Reducing His Workload Foundation.

Thanks @marko i have been guilty of setting those wrong in the past. But also have requested loads of changes.

Man, no worries, the site doesn’t come with a manual. And everyone makes mistakes. Only some of us can fix them.

One correction, FYI!

When it comes to Places, non-customized FB links such as “profile.php?id=61551080846440” will be corrupted.

To avoid that, just put the number in, such as 61551080846440 - and the link will work properly!
