Think I may have messed up my yeast starter

I was making a starter and for some stupid reason I pitched my snaffle us05 at around 90 degrees
my starter is fermenting out
Would you think i may get off flavors/
Im making a Hefe
I would toss it out but I won’t be able to replace the yeast until next week

Unless you are smelling any terrible off-flavors from the starter you are probably fine. The most important part is that the yeast is alive. If you are worried about transferring wierd flavors from the starter you could try to cool it a bit and decant the hooch from the top away before using the yeast in the bottom.
