Also can you blur out the prices please?
You’ll give the likes of @BlackHaddock a heart attack if he sees them !!!

Not just our Shropshire friend… even in Reading it was only £2.45 a pint. London prices are horrific!
I did breakfast and a few ticks in the city centre Bristol Spoons last Saturday, the Commercial Rooms.
For comparison (I took a picture of the cask lines) … £3.18 a pint.
Yeah, £4.45 did seem high to me, though it is just about one of the most central Spoons in London. I need to visit my local Spoons in Hackney for a comparison.
You seem to be missing another hash brown and slice of toast with butter on that plate. Those beer prices are twice what I pay in the outer NW London suburbs. Wetherspoons are fine for what they are, bit like McDonalds, you know exactly what you’ll be getting.
Bloody Hell, the fest beers are £2:46 in my local Spoon’s, You London guys must be rolling in dosh, like Colin (@Theydon_Bois) says, you shouldn’t show me the prices!
Going to another Spoon’s today, up in Telford Town Centre, free bus for Margie and me, love being old we do.
<*))))))><
That egg looks shite
After the expensive beers, all I could afford was the “small” breakfast!
Bloody Spoon’s at Telford Town Centre only had three Fest Beers on and I’d had two of the buggers years ago. Margie and I shared a bottle of Prosecco instead.
<*))))))><
That 1872 has been available for 99p at some Spoons… although it’s suggested that it wasn’t selling so they wanted rid.
I found seven new cask rates at the Twelve Tellers in Preston last night at £1.20 a half, then a similar number at the Guild Ale House around the corner, albeit at 80p more per half. Better atmosphere at the Ale House though!
Strange that 2 pubs so close from the same chain would have such different pricing in place. Well done on all the new beers
Apologies for not being clearer - I was on a much delayed train home whilst posting! - the Twelve Tellers is a spoons pub, the Guild Ale House is a well regarded independent micro in Preston. I think I was making a vague point that the variety is there regardless of the spoons fest, in some locations anyway.
Not going for the 'Spoons three thirds promotion then? Even less cash per substandard rate!
My older brother was out with me, and he doesn’t believe in thirds.
£2.45 for three thirds up the White Lady (JDW) today.
JDW in Nottingham seem to be offering the fest beers in threes, and none has been stellar but the Inveralmond oatmeal stout was okay as was Harviestoun’s Broken Dial. Still it remains a cheap option in hard times.
I’m sure there’s a smutty quip about giving her the full length, but I’m far too classy for that
