Visiting my folks this weekend and tried two newer breweries - Crawford Brew Works and Five Cities. They were okay.

This mead finished at 1.000. About 12.5% ABV. I backsweeten to taste with local wildflower honey. About 6 months aged at this point, and approaching dangerous drinkability.
