Kvass on PET after 8 hours of porter festival

After 75 tasters of porter and stout at the fest, feels good with one PU before heading home.

Smells pretty good. Dark pitted fruits, chocolate???, but the taste is blander than bland. I’m having no luck with Sakes.

Time to cleanse the pallet or something - must be contaminated with chocolate.

The chocolate went away after a few sips. Noticing licorice now, which is more welcome, but it’s still a sucky ass Sake.
