That’s an unusually early notice of closure, more than 2 months…
They had it listed for sale for a while both internally/privately and publicly. So I think this is the logical conclusion to all that.
I dunno what industry standard is for announcing closures.but I’ve seen everything from 1-day notice, no notice, two weeks notice, to full “end of the year” announcements even though its mid-June.
