Also, are there any shortcuts for postal codes in these regions in Brazil btw that will make things easier for admins?

Most of the major Brazilian cities seems done. Somebody must have done Porto Alegre and Sao Paulo, and I did the rest. I’ll work on smaller towns next

Brazil places are done except Porto Alegre, which has disappeared off the face of the planet.
