Yes, should have said all beers ever on ratebeer, not just available ones
Iām on 26 over 100 with 3 over 90, Cumbria, West Sussex and Wiltshire. Rutland on a lowly 7 and IOW on 11.
Over 2k for London, 1k for Greater Manchester and then West Yorks with 691.
19 over 100 for me.
All counties over 10 thanks to the Peterborough beer fest for the Rutland ticks.
25 over 100 (2 sitting at 97)
About 300 away from hitting 5k Greater London.
BUMP.
Letās hear the changes.
530 for Shropshire is my highest, 11 for the Isle of Wight comes last.
23 of the 46 over 100, 9 of which are over 200.
3 in the 90ās and in all 13 over 50, leaving just 10 below 50 rates.
<*))))))><
Iām up to 18 counties over 100, with 7 over 200 (Leicestershire sitting at 197 and likely to hit 200 at the Rutland CAMRA fest on Friday).
Next one to get to 100 will likely be Cornwall with 91. If only Verdant wasnāt so expensiveā¦
Still a massive 18 counties under 50.
Biggest is London with 442 and smallest is IoW with 12, no surprises there.
Now, placesā¦ two above 100 (London, Cambridgeshire) and four more (Leics, Notts, Derbyshire & W Yorks) at 50 or above.
Up from five to six counties with over 100 rates, with Berkshire the new one. Next to join them will probably be either Somerset (currently on 90), or North Yorks (87).
No counties over 200 rates, although London will be there very soon (currently on 198).
At the bottom end of the table Iām down from 3 counties to 2 with under 10 rates, with Worcestershire being the one that escaped the drop zone. The remaining ones are (predictably) Rutland and the IoW, both with 8 rates.
Placewise Iāve still got 8 counties left where Iāve not rated a place; hoping to shift some of those in the next year or two.
30 counties over 100.
2 counties in the 90s.
2 counties in the 80s.
7 counties under 50.
Lowest tally is Rutland, at 10. Everything else is 20 or above.
Iām at 5,627 for Greater London. Would close to or maybe even over 6k but some breweries have moved out of London, most notably Partizan, for which I had 305 ratings. Funnily enough, the move for Partizan took me over 100 for Leicestershire, the breweryās new home. And it made me the third highest rater of Leicestershire beers.
So some steady progress overall. Not anywhere close to getting over 100 for all, but still making progress.
I have 29 of the English counties over 100 rates and the rest apart from 3 above 50.
My highest are:
- Greater London - 856
- Nottinghamshire - 824
- West Yorkshire - 652
- Lincolnshire -580
My lowest are:
- Isle of Wight - 27
- Buckinghamshire - 42
- Worcestershire - 44
So I need 37 rates (mostly from the Isle of Wight) to make 50 for each county and 430 to make 100 rates in each county.
An increase from 4 to 9, although I am clearly concentrating on specific counties. A trio in the 90s (and two Sommar cans under the stairs).
Joint bottom on 6 each = Lincolnshire and Worcestershire.
Then Durham on 9. Hadnāt realise that so will have to see what I can pick up.
As I donāt live in the UK, my score canāt be expected to be very high, but these are my English counties over 100 at the present:
Greater London 298
West Yorkshire 135
Suffolk 130
North Yorkshire 108
Derbyshire 103
Bottom: Rutland 1
Top: Greater London - 675
Bottom: Rutland - 1
5 counties over 400
10 counties over 200
20 counties over 100 (one more for Nottinghamshire would make it 21)
My quest to help Grumbo with Shropshire beers will hopefully tip my tally from 476 over 500 - some of these are only available in cask form in Rowton, Joules and New Brew pubs. My goal is to take the crown from Jeremy to be King of Shropshire.
Wow ā¦ spiteful
Thatās all Jeremy has left !
He should spend less time in California and more time in Shropshireās real ale pubs!
He needs to drink more new pints of piss, not the same pint of piss over and over.
I like warm piss!
<*))))))><
Now at :-
3 over 1,000 (London over 3k, Gtr Manchester over 2k and West Yorks over 1k)
34 between 100 and 999. Gloucester is highest at 907.
Just 9 below 100
3 below 50. Isle of Wight (13), Rutland (11) and Northumberland (27)
I need to stay in more!
Since 2019 have gone from 8 over 100 to 12 over 100 adding Tyne & Wear/Suffolk/East Sussex/Somerset.
3 have over 75 (Leicestershire/Nottinghamshire/Essex) - at a guess Nottinghamshire will be next as seem to get lots of Neon Raptor beers on tap/can and takeovers etc over here.
Managed to get Northumberland through the Dark Blue barrier. Just the 2 very improbable counties to do.
Start planning beery trips to Rutland and the IoW, @imdownthepub you know you want too!
