Was interested how many tickers/raters are in Croatia. Obviously pretty easy to find those at Rb, since there are handfull of us and there is raters by countries stat for premium users. But how many untappd (and potential Rb users)?

Hah, what I’m seeing is a ton of ex RB users who moved to Untappd because of all the fuckups of Ratebeer LLC in the last couple of years.
But comparing the lists, apart from Trolleo and me who are diaspora now and would be in the very top - Ogi’s missing, who’s no. 1, and heavy, who if he added his backlog would definitely be in top 10.
Some might move on to Ratebeer at some point, but how to draw them? How to draw them back? Certainly not by likes that nobody uses because nobody can see who put them. Most definitely not by allowing fake ratings by one-time visitors to count.
Had some doubts about including the expats (Trolleo & you) since you belong to another beer ecosystem now and I’m not sure what’s the best way to go. Anyway included you both and bunch of other users who slipped under the radar. Boldfaced the active RB users (I’m aware of). If you want you can can copy the list of top Croatian RB users so we can have a proper comparison.
How to bring people to RB is a complex question which we addressed several times. Don’t feel like getting into details right now since just a handfull of people will read this.
Reviewing reviews, especially for highly popular beers, I’m noting a huge number of people who were actively reviewing in the end of 2017, only to never return or quickly give up in 2018.
First time in May I’ve checked all of my Untappd friends (100+ of them) and friends of my friends. Now it’s just matter of updating the list. Since Croatian beer community is not that big and I know 37/41 people on the list it’s unlikely a new 2K rater would show out of nowhere. I did miss one or two in May, but IMHO there is too much work with 1k threshold.
