Cant Add New Places

No. Not the familiar “You are not allowed to add new places”. But whenever I try to add a new place it works fine until I click on Save and then I get the Robot page. The place is NOT added. Similarly if I try to edit a place I getthe Robot page when saving - but the change IS implemented. Same result on my home and office PCs. Windows 10 / Microsoft Edge Windows 7 / Firefox .
