Yup, Dick Mack’s is way too small for Beer52, so the beer was brewed there I guess. The only question is if it’s the same beer as their regular Session IPA.
Added a note and the contract brewery for now - I see it’s available on tap as well with the same design as the can (now it says basically Dick Mack’s Brewhouse DM Dingle Session IPA, before it was Dick Mack’s Brewhouse Session IPA). @Theydon_Bois fyi, your turf I reckon.
Just looking through Egham Beer Festival’s list. They have Thornbridge Charlie Brown on. The description specifies that it contains no nuts so presumably this version can be retired:
Had some adverts for some of Brookfield’s beers come on my Facebook. Looks like they have relaunched their range of more trad ales. There are two listed on here which were brewed at Robinsons. That’s no longer the case - the two beers are now brewed at Butcombe. Also a subtle name change to Lionheart from Lion Heart.
Would suggest these two are retired. The Artisan Ale is now a slightly different ABV and, more specifically, is not a Golden Ale. The other no longer mentions being brewed with gale.
(Incidentally, the Artisan Ale has the wrong description, it mentions gale.)
I now have several Ex Novo beers clearly labeled as brewed in NM. Is there a good reason for not listing the NM location as a brewery? There is certainly precedent. Just look at the many Stone Brewing locations.
It’s far more complicated than that. Not only did they call their first 2 batches in 2018 “DDH Pale Ale” while saying they were IPAs, they brew them with different hops each time… Splitting things up, on it.
I think Corrales qualifies as a brewery per website: Welcome To EX NOVO BREWING
Ex Novo is thrilled to welcome you to our brewery, tap room, beer garden and food truck in beautiful Corrales, New Mexico, the hometown of our founder, Joel Gregory. We have almost three acres, space for our new production brewery, cozy tap room, and a new beer garden with lots of grass, trees, and space for friends and families to get together and drink responsibly.
I don’t think I can enter it as a brewery, can you? I do have several of the beers brewed in NM to enter along with my ratings.
Thanks for getting this done. I might have figured out where to add a brewery in New Mexico…go to the list of active breweries located in NM. One slight problem - Ex Novo does not appear on the list of NM breweries. What gives?
