BEERS: Issues Reporting - Please Post Here for modifications

THere’s now an official description for this beer https://www.ratebeer.com/beer/joules-lakota/535223/ see below

“Brewed with big bold hops, this beer will spark your taste buds. Lakota was first brewed in 2017, and now the Brewers have perfected the recipe for cask ale. Packed with Apollo, Bravo and Cascade hops this beer is beautifully aromatic but well balanced and of course; sessionable.”

Badger have some new craft style Outland beers. The Milk Stout appeared a renamed Milk Made Stout so I queried this on Facebook. They confirmed it was the same beer.

https://www.ratebeer.com/beer/badger-outland-milk-stout/1103638/ is this https://www.ratebeer.com/beer/badger-milk-made-stout/964880/

(I haven’t taken a proper look but some of their Aldi beer seem to be rebadges of other Badger beers - Coffee Stout and West Coast IPA, although the latter are only on Ratebeer in their Aldi guises at the moment.)

This is brewed at Camba:

Brewery name should be Lowtide:

Round Corner have now realeased Cornerstone as a pale ale.

Can this beer be split?

https://www.ratebeer.com/beer/round-corner-cornerstone/768671/295172/

The change appears to have happened at the beginning of 2020, see this Image of Untappd checkins:

The new description is:

This sessionable pale ale presents golden orange in colour, with tangerine, pine and stonefruit aromas from Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe, and Amarillo used late in the whirlpool. These hops also deliver a powerful bitterness which is well balanced by a slightly sweet, caramel malt character from crystal rye malt and a soft palate from wheat malt. Refreshing and drinkable.

The ABV is 4.1%, and image below:

Must be a glitch in the matrix because I fixed that once back in December when I got it in my advent. Guess I’ll merge this time instead of alias.

This should be ‘Rauch Wine With Maple’:

Please delete this beer, I didn’t spot it was on here already under a slightly different name:

https://www.ratebeer.com/beer/neon-raptor-cherry-white-choco/1123597/

These two beers are the same:

https://www.ratebeer.com/beer/blanche-biere/769795/

https://www.ratebeer.com/beer/baltika-blanche-biere/943681/

Please delete or alias one.

These two are presumably the same also:

https://www.ratebeer.com/beer/baltika-kazachy-us-amber-ale/634170/

Thought of adding a new entry for Shrooms of Doom because the ABV has changed from 8.3 to 6%, but didn’t. It does need a change to Stout- flavoured/ pastry though.

Here’s a few more things I spotted, including a few from the Not Cotts weekend:

This is either Flavored - Pig or ESB:

https://www.ratebeer.com/beer/northern-monk-ultimate-bar-snacks-pork-scratchings-beer/1103968/

This is called Yardsman BPA. It’s been added twice but should they be combined or the cask special retired? Also it’s Pale Ale (currently down as Irish Red and Golden Ale respectively):

https://www.ratebeer.com/beer/hercules-bpa/314964/

https://www.ratebeer.com/beer/hercules-bpa-belfast-pale-ale-cask/299465/

This is Stout - Flavored:

Beer style products from this brewery are not rateable:

These are Hazy IPAs:

https://www.ratebeer.com/beer/boscombe-ekte-ol/1104706/

https://www.ratebeer.com/beer/baker-s-dozen-12-second-panda/456990/

This is a Red IPA:

https://www.ratebeer.com/beer/purple-moose-navigator/1041659/

This is Flavored - Other:

https://www.ratebeer.com/beer/mill-hill-clive-s-cocoa-and-coffeh/1123250/

And another from me: This one is a collaboration with Crux. Indeed it looks like the other Hawkers wheatwines were too.

There a precedence for this to be in several styles as a white stout style was never created. These are the styles they have been tagged in.

What does this mean? If it’s sold it is rateable on RB.

This one is on the clip/can and the other sites as Best Bitter. We usually default to brewer intent on these.

I’ll have to do more research because if it’s blended and canned/keg that’s allowed on RateBeer. So is the base not beer?

Sounds like that note might have been wrong as to what they do now. After going to the website I kind of remember this place coming up before. @Theydon_Bois your thoughts on this being legit and removing the remarks?

The NI admin has already aliased Hercules Yardsman Belfast Pale Ale (BPA) • RateBeer to Hercules BPA.

I’ve retired the cask and moved the one rating that was of the Yardsman BPA
