Brewpub for dinner … beers pretty average but food was good.
Just heading for breakfast then off to our final destination for 2 nights … should be obvious as to where now.
50+ rates on the board again yesterday.
On the train for almost 5 hours today (with a change) so we have a dozen bottles to kill the time although mostly high boost stuff !
See you in a few hours for some train beers .
Long afternoon / evening doing the highest rated venues in Warsaw.
Currently at the below … time for one or two more perhaps.
Day 4 Warsaw.
After watching the first 15 overs of the World Cup final in the hotel we’ve wondered out to one of Warsaw’s very average brew pubs … Browar De Brasil.
Only came cos it’s near the hotel.
The tasting flight of 3 was a great option with just one beer available … a whelming dunkel.
Onwards and downwards !
Day 4 … covered more of the top 10 venues and more.
1ZL ticking tray in piwpaw… beers were pretty gash mind and hard work to see behind the bar as to what’s on tap!
Sharing ‘Danish Pints’ between 7, tut tut!
Nah … they were just for me and the @WingmanWillis
I am sure they were!
Looks like you’ve had a ball mate; you should have seen the Cricket finish, unbelievable!
See cricket post … we watched the last 20 overs on a mobile outside a bar !
Re the cricket, saw that post, but forgot about it (it’s an age thing apparently).
Waiting at Chopin airport for the plane back to Heathrow.
Excellent trip … not always great quality beers but approx 220 new rates in 5 days.
Finished off at the Maryenszstadt tap room in the old town … great venue with 12 new rates and solid beers across the board with nothing less than a 3.4 rising to a 4.1 with 3 very well executed BA numbers in the roster.
The food was top notch also.
Circa £6 in an Uber and we were at the airport in 25 minutes.
Until the next one
Yeah, same here - pity we don’t see them around so often in London, especially now Bottleshop’s gone.
Had one tonight at Hop Locker 3 … they show up there about as regularly as they did at the Bottleshop.
The windows do seem to allow great lighting
