Just finished a Dutchbag Summer Kings, a strongish Gose brewed with real strawberries. Awesome stuff. Dutchbag are one of my current favorite breweries, really nailing stuff and using respectable ingredients.
A lager with odd native Australian fruit fingerlime. Meh.
A seven way gypsy brewer collaborative pale ale with blood orange. OK, if a bit pithy.
The Garage Project version of Tsuyu Saison. Japanese ume plums and perilla (apparently a Korean version of shiso leaf). Rather stronger than the versions previously brewed by Stone and Coedo. Classy looking bottle. Not very much like a saison at all but very good indeed.
That last one looks really nice.
We should probably make the next month Barrel Aged Beer to cleanse our collective palletes.
Whoo barrel aged beers in the August heat… fine if they are saisons I suppose
Boatrocker Flowers for Brains - lime, coconut, experimental NZ hop NZH-107. Not convinced of the use case but OK.
