Happy Thanksgiving! Whatcha cooking and drinkin?

Brining a Turkey right now with autumn fruits. Potato Filling (regional dish), Brussels Sprouts with bacon, shallots and roasted garlic, dessert is pumpkin cheesecake with ginger snap crust. Serving at 12:00pm. Then off to my in-laws for a 5:30pm meal.
