The figure I saw was 5%. Although I later spotted that this was for one week in March only. There was a separate figure for infections caught at work, which could of course include hospitality employees so the figure could be higher. However this pales in comparison with schools (20%) and care homes (41%).
It’s not just pubs. I have a friend who manages a cinema - they cannot show any film that will finish after 22:00 so are shutting the doors by 20:30.
