I know they are not everyone’s ‘cup of tea’ but my good lady and I have enjoyed every one we have attended (about 6).

Hm, there used to be a lot more in the pre-corona days, especially smaller ones (from my area I remember Schwelm and Hückeswagen). Not that I planned to attend but it’s a pity anyway. It’s a good casual beer drinkers’ opportunity to try some stuff off the beaten path.

Yes, they some times have local brews alongside the more National and International offerings. I’ve been to Leverkusen twice as well as Hamm and Erkelenz, they were on when I was holidaying in German and they were close to my travels each time.
